1. Ticket Purchase

By purchasing tickets through our platform, you agree to these terms and conditions. All ticket sales are subject to availability and the policies outlined herein.

2. Pricing & Discounts

Prices are displayed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Online discounts are applied at checkout and are valid for the promotional period indicated. Prices may change without prior notice.

3. Ticket Validity

Tickets are valid for the selected date only
Tickets grant access to all galleries and special exhibitions
Concession tickets require valid proof of eligibility upon entry
Kid & Adult combo tickets require adult and child to enter together

4. Admission Policy

Children ages 6 and below do not need a ticket
Concession rates apply to full-time students, children ages 7-11, seniors 60+, persons with disabilities and one companion
Last admission is 30 minutes before closing time
The museum is closed on Mondays

5. Refund & Cancellation

Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. In cases of museum closure due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, ticket validity may be extended as per museum policy.

6. Museum Rules

Photography is permitted with flash turned off; no video recording unless specified
Do not touch artwork or exhibits
Food and drinks only in designated areas
No smoking except in designated areas

7. Limitation of Liability

We act as an authorized ticket reseller. The museum reserves the right to modify operating hours, exhibitions, and services without prior notice.
